Q. What programming do I get?
A. As a resident of Downtown Rock Point you receive DIRECTV’s Entertainment package, HD service in your living room and 2 bedrooms.
Q. Why do I have the NFL Sunday Ticket?
A. NFL Sunday Ticket is provided to you your first year free of charge! So enjoy it free this year, it will auto renew next year. If you do not want it next year please be sure to cancel so that you wont be charged.
Q. What do I do if I am moving out?
A. Please make sure you leave the DIRECTV boxes. They belong to the complex. The next thing to do is to submit a ticket and be sure to include, your name, Phone number, DIRECTV account number and the last day you will be in the apartment so we can make sure your billing stops on that day.
